Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders within Australia for orders over $40.
We charge a flat rate of $15 for all express shipping orders.
Currently only available within Australia.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be personalised and dispatched.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within the following time frames:

Orders are shipped by Australia Post or Sendle. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.
Please note that we do not exchange items that are personalised. Refunds are not accepted.
Manufacturing fault
Haus of Scents exchanges items with a manufacturing fault. We pride ourselves on quality control across our stock. If you feel your items are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we will investigate further. If possible, items are to be returned in its original packaging and condition. Items must be unused. Returning items will be upon your cost.
Delivery fault
Haus of Scents will not be responsible for any parcels that cannot be delivered correctly. This includes incorrect, non-deliverable or incomplete addresses. We have the right to charge any additional re-shipment fees for packages that are sent back to us. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Haus of Scents within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations
Order cancellations can be considered but are not guaranteed. Please get in contact with us with your order number as soon as possible within 24 hours. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer make a cancellation.
